Massachusetts Science Academy
A high-expectation science academy for motivated students who want to go deeper than the standard classroom — through rigorous instruction, experimental thinking, and advanced technical preparation.
Our Mission
Massachusetts Science Academy is being built for students and families who believe science education should be serious, inspiring, and hands-on. Our focus is excellence in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, and Artificial Intelligence, with a co-ed learning environment designed for highly motivated students who want to develop strong scientific foundations and real technical confidence.
What We Focus On
We aim to create an environment where advanced students can be challenged beyond school-level expectations, while also building the discipline, curiosity, and experimental mindset needed for long-term success in science and technology.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for highly interested students and parents who value strong technical education outside of school. The academy is intended for students who are curious, hard-working, and ready to be challenged — and for families seeking a deeper, more structured, and more ambitious science education path.
Founding Team
Massachusetts Science Academy is founded by a team with deep experience across science, engineering, research, education, and technology leadership.
Ceyhun Ozanturk
Ceyhun leads the academy’s overall vision, operations, partnerships, and student-family experience. As CEO, he is responsible for building the institution, shaping its growth strategy, and ensuring that the academy delivers a serious, high-quality educational environment for motivated students.
Ozgur Altinok, Ph.D.
Ozgur guides the academy’s technical direction across physics, computer science, and artificial intelligence. He advises on advanced curriculum design, computational learning, experimental systems, and the use of modern AI and engineering tools to help students connect scientific theory with real-world technology.
Esra Altinok, Ph.D.
Esra advises the academy’s chemistry education program, with a focus on strong conceptual understanding, scientific discipline, and laboratory-oriented thinking. She helps shape chemistry content that is rigorous, clear, and connected to how science is practiced beyond textbooks.
Aysegul Ozanturk, Ph.D.
Aysegul advises the academy’s biology and genetics direction, supporting curriculum development in modern life sciences. Her role focuses on helping students understand biological systems, genetic principles, and the research mindset behind today’s rapidly advancing biomedical sciences.
For Students Who Want More
Massachusetts Science Academy is for students who are ready to ask harder questions, solve deeper problems, and build the scientific confidence needed for the future of technology, research, and innovation.
